My passion for fitness and exercise began at a young age through playing team sports, which led me to pursue a degree in exercise physiology and eventually pursue personal training.

Over the years I've worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but my specialty is working with middle-aged individuals who are new to fitness and have busy personal lives. I understand the challenges that come with juggling work, family, and other commitments, and I am committed to helping my clients create healthy, sustainable habits around fitness.
